Shipping Policy
Ready to Ship: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Bundles & Lace: Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before your order ships. For pre-plucked lace, another 1-2 business days will be added to the processing time.
All other items will ship in 1-2 business days.
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. I will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages. In the event that a package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS.
Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the federal health regulations; all wigs, bundles, and lace are final sale. All hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure the best quality. Should there be an issue with your order, please contact us.
Please make sure that you are measuring your head properly as I will not be held liable for wrong measurements.
Card Verification
Due to the nature of our products, you may be asked to provide verification for the card used to purchase your order. In the event that the order is flagged as suspicious or the shipping and billing information do not match, you will be asked to verify by providing a photo of your driver's license or ID. You may refuse to verify under the agreement that your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund in 7-10 business days (varies by bank).
